Craft&Crew has made a new strategic investment in the planning and development of client solutions with the hiring of Nathan McRae as Vice President, Consulting.
A new role at the agency, Nathan has been assigned an odd task...slowing down the pace of client project planning discussions to ensure a more holistic understanding of their market realities, business plan, internal processes, and operating model have been taken into consideration before moving the agency's brand development, user experience, and user interface design projects forward into planning and production.

Nathan had spent the last four years as Vice President of Client Relations for Ottawa-based management consulting firm, Stratford Managers, where he worked with clients to sustainably accelerate their business growth. He will report to CEO, Dave Hale, and work closely with President & Chief Creative Officer, Chad MacDonald, as well as other members of the leadership team.
Nathan's hiring comes following the announcement of Craft&Crew's appointment as Calian's agency partner to lead the implementation of its new brand strategy and support the company's digital marketing transformation. The agency is also planning to announce several major new client and project wins in early 2020.
