Craft&Crew has promoted Lisa Kupfer to Director of Brand & Product Strategy, and Sébastien Chiappa-Ménard to Director of Experience Design, as the agency focuses its niche.
Lisa joined Craft&Crew over two years ago and, in the spring of 2019 was promoted to Senior Brand & Marketing Strategist. Sébastien has worked at Craft&Crew for the past seven years, and is currently its longest-standing employee after the agency's partners, who was most recently Senior User Experience Designer.
In their new roles, Lisa and Sébastien will continue their oversight and guidance of Craft&Crew's core service offerings, and they will also sit on the newly formed leadership team to assist in setting priorities, goals, and major initiatives.
Both Lisa and Sébastien are also instructors in the Telfer Digital Marketing Certificate, which is co-managed by Craft&Crew and the University of Ottawa. The program's fourth semester, which began September 16th, is the second sell-out in a row!

Over the last twelve months, Craft&Crew has expanded its partnerships with REALTOR.ca (Canadian Real Estate Association), Xplornet Communications, Colliers International, SurveyMonkey, and the University of Ottawa while also adding Rakuten Kobo, TD, and TFO to its client roster.
