Strategy.

Following a complete brand design overhaul, expertly executed by our partners at Odi (Focus Lab), Craft&Crew was tapped to create a digital home for the newly rebranded Tarro. The new site, built on Webflow, would need to achieve Tarro’s goals of; increasing talent density, expanding their SAM, and creating a repeatable, scaleable, and predictable go-to-market motion.

Tarro was focused on engaging three core primary audiences: pizza restaurant owners, prospective employees, and investment partners. To achieve this, we started with the facilitation of our strategy workshop to ensure a clear understanding of their market, target audiences, and the brand’s unique value proposition. Armed with this information we used the principles of user journey maps for each target audience to understand their interactions with the website and identify key touchpoints that would then in turn dictate the Tarro sitemap. Another significant factor to consider was the capability to support multiple languages and feature specific content tailored for various locales. We were able to engage Webflows comprehensive localization tools to tailor the site for Tarro’s audiences. Great focus was on scalability and flexibility —offering the client a new jump off point to reveal and grow their new brand.

Design.

We were provided a fresh new brand direction from Odi, the website would be the first application of this new brand by the client team. Through our moodboards and mockup processes, and thanks to Webflow’s immense flexibility and adaptability, we had the opportunity to help the Tarro team learn how to use this new identity to its fullest. The result is a uniquely ‘Tarro’ website that stands out from the competition, while further strengthening the brand thanks to a dynamic and lively website experience—in both English and Chinese. Using the highly adaptable Webflow platform, we fully leveraged Webflow’s CMS features by utilising; components, animations, and video.

With a completely redesigned website that effectively introduces the new Tarro brand and positions it as a leading tech brand, Tarro is on track to continue dominating the restaurant tech space.
