In partnership with Focus Lab, we embarked on a revamp of MessageGears' digital brand, following a robust discovery phase that involved client workshops, competitive audits, and extensive sitemap testing, which highlighted the need for a strategic redesign to enhance usability, content discoverability, and SEO effectiveness.

Design and Development.

Building on the bold rebrand from Focus Lab, our team designed a visually striking website featuring innovative tools like "flexible groupings.", a feature that effectively manages dense content. It allowed users to interact with information relevant to their needs without feeling overwhelmed, while significantly enhancing the site's usability. We tailored the site to accommodate the site’s complex needs, integrating advanced SEO strategies and custom modules that addressed previous limitations with Pardot, ensuring a seamless, scalable solution that supported MessageGears' growth trajectory. We continually tested each site element to ensure they matched MessageGears’ strategic goals and enhanced the user experience. The navigation was carefully planned to suit both marketing and technical audiences, making it easy for users to navigate from the main menu right down to the footer.
